We have a dedicated Silipos UK distribution centre based at The Langer Group in Stone, Staffordshire which supplies the whole of the UK and Europe.

All gel development including the incorporation of actives/additives is conducted in-house, as well as the base gel manufacturing and conversion into finished products. The unique "visco-elastic" properties of Silipos' medical grade mineral oil gels allow them to move  synergistically with the skin helping to prevent abrasion and discomfort. Additionally, Silipos gels are non-toxic, latex free and hypoallergenic.

Silipos produces over 200 products for a variety of product applications and uses. Silipos gels cushion and protect against impact, pressure, friction, and shear forces while simultaneously releasing moisture-rich medical grade mineral oil that gently hydrates, softens, soothes, and conditions the skin. Silipos gels have the unique ability to be formulated with a wide range of additives such as moisturizers, fragrances, vitamins, and minerals for a number of proven indications such as anti-microbial/anti-bacterial, antioxidants, anti-aging, and scar reduction.

We are pleased to present our latest product innovation for the foot care market - Antibacterial Gel Products!

The new formula for the medical grade mineral oil has a built in powerful microbial barrier. It has been proven to kill up to 99.9& of MRSA, E. Coli, Trichophyton Mentagrophytes and Trichophyton Rubrum bacteria and fungus (ASTM E-2180-07 Method). All antibacterial products have a thicker, more durable gel and are hypo-allergenic and latex free.
